I'm so excited to be sharing this with you. Pixel Outflow Studios had the opportunity to photograph the First Annual 100 Days of Nonviolence Teen Summit in Birmingham, Alabama. A two day event held at the Birmingham Art Museum. Hosted by Councilor Jay Roberson and TAP.
This was an impactful event and a great way to start the new year for all the young people in attendance. We all know how important it is to give back to our communities. It was awesome seeing Birmingham's leaders and community organizers give their time to teach and pour into the kids.
During the summit, the kids were able to sit in various breakout sessions where they learned about different topics like violence prevention, social media, self-respect, education, and career readiness.
