Hey yall! This past Saturday on March 12, 2016, I had the opportunity to snap a few photos at the 2016 Natural Hair and Health Expo at the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center in Birmingham, Alabama. Hosted by Jeffrey and Victor Simmons, proprietors of Visions Beauty Distributors. Together, these guys (“The A Team”) have over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. This annual event has drawn thousands of participants over the years.
Jeffrey and Victor work hard to bring in professional educators to help educate hair stylists and the community on the latest natural hair products and hair care techniques. Attendees gain a lot of learning experiences while being entertained by celebrities, fellowship, fun and activities! There were also free health screenings available.
